Download Registration/Enrollment Instructions:  Haitian Creole  | Spanish |  English

STEP 1: PRE-REGISTER ONLINE Expand

Access to the online enrollment application will be available beginning Friday, May 24, 2024.

  1. Complete the 2024 - 2025 ONLINE REGISTRATION APPLICATION for each student enrolling. This includes new and re-enrolling students.
  2. Review the application prior to submission making sure the data entered is correct and ALL fields have been completed. The system will not allow you to make corrections to the application once it has been submitted.

The PowerSchool Registration Support Team is available to provide comprehensive support to families who need assistance with the online application. They may be reached by calling 866-434-6276, or by visiting their Help Desk .

STEP 2: PROVIDE COPIES OF THE ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS Expand

NEW FOR 2024-2025!
Applicants now have the option of uploading electronic copies of the enrollment documents to the online application OR placing copies of the documents in the drop box (located at 525 Academy Street, Maplewood).

Review the Enrollment Document Checklist for a detailed list of proofs to be provided to support your child’s enrollment application. Applicants must choose one form of providing supportive documents. Either uploading electronic copies at the end of the online application OR placing hard copies of the proofs in the drop box.

Option 1: UPLOADING DOCUMENTS

  • Review the Enrollment Document Checklist and have your proofs on hand and ready to be uploaded to the application.
  • The option to upload documents will be found at the end of the online application, before submitting it. All documents must be full-page copies of the proofs listed on the checklist.

Option 2: DROP OF DOCUMENTS IN DROPBOX

  • Review the Enrollment Document Checklist
  • Place full-page, legible photocopies of the documents listed on the checklist in an envelope, in the drop box located in front of the Board of Education, 525 Academy Street, Maplewood. Be sure to write the following on the front of the envelope: The
    • Student’s name
    • Parent/Guardians name, email address, and phone number
    • Enrolling grade and enrolling school year

Only one option may be used to submit proofs. Documents received using a combination of the two options above, will result in the delay or rejection of your child’s application. Emailed attachments forwarded directly to the Office of Registration will not and cannot be used to enroll a child for school.

Once all of the documents for enrollment, as listed on the Enrollment Document Checklist have been received, reviewed, and approved, confirmation of enrollment in the District will be provided via email.

ATTENTION APPLICANTS

Students will be eligible for enrollment in the District once steps one and two have been completed (submission of the 2024-2025 online application and supportive documents received). Enrollment documents will be processed in the order received.

Supportive documents may be uploaded to the enrollment application or placed in the drop box. Be sure to confirm the proofs uploaded or placed in the drop box align with the documents listed on the Enrollment Document Checklist. Applications received with missing, incorrect, truncated (cut-off), or outdated materials may be returned to you for review, correction, and re-submission.
