The 2014 -2015 school year is off to a great start at Tuscan!
On the first day of school we opened our doors to 610 students including 90 Kindergarteners. Your children are already engaged in meaningful learning experiences as teachers work to build a community of cooperative and collaborative learners. From our perspective the first 15 days of school were a strong beginning to what we expect will be a productive and rewarding school year.
Our goal is to continue to meet the needs of all of Tuscan’s children and ensure that our students are encouraged, inspired, supported and challenged to reach increasingly higher levels of academic, social and emotional growth and development within a safe, nurturing, cognitively engaging and physically active learning environment.
We believe that mutually supportive, respectful, and consistent home- school collaboration is a cornerstone for student success. Parent involvement and feedback are important to us. Please stay an active member of your child’s education and whenever possible consider volunteering in our school. We have a great school that will continue to become better with your partnership and support.
By now you have received the most important feedback about how this school year has begun – the day-to-day reports given to you by your children. The faculty and staff at Tuscan School hope those daily reports are positive. Know that by working together we can make this school year one of your child’s best!
Happy New School Year!
