The Columbia High School boys’ and girls’ fencing teams advanced to the semifinals of their respective New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association team tournaments.
The event was held on Friday, January 16, 2015 in the Columbia High School cafeteria.
Columbia High School has added a new course to the science curriculum — one that allows students to pursue independent study and work with actual researchers over three years.
The CHS Cougars will host the Robo-Catastrophe Qualifying Tournament, a free, fun, family-friendly event and, “a look into the future.
Larry Busichio, Athletic Director for Columbia High School, was recently presented with the 11th annual NJSIAA ShopRite Cup for Best Athletic Program - Group IV in 2014.

The Columbia High School Scholarship Fund will distribute scholarship applications outside the Main Office at CHS from Monday, March 9 to Friday, March 13 from 1:00 until 3:30. Please stop by our table to get more information and to pick up an application. Our Trustees will be there to answer your questions and assist in any way they can. You may also obtain an application in the Guidance Office from March 16 to March 20.

As promised, we are continuing to share information with you about the upcoming PARCC assessments that our 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students will take in March.
Students taking Algebra I, Geometry, or Algebra II will take the two-session PARCC assessment in that subject over two mornings.
